Restore a purchase

Sign in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Open the full-game store in the app, choose Restore purchase, and complete the parental question. Connect to the internet if asked. Each full-game purchase applies to its own game.

Change the language or sound

Open the game menu and choose Language to switch among English, Slovak, Czech, German, Polish and Spanish. Sound controls are available in the game menu or settings.

Something isn't working?

Close and reopen the app, and check for updates in the App Store. Keep the app installed if you want to preserve local progress. If you contact us, include the game name, your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of the problem. Please do not send information about your child.
